At Pelvic Health and Total Wellness, our Pre & Postnatal Fitness Coaching program is designed to support your body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early postpartum period, or getting back into movement after delivery, we create customized plans that prioritize your pelvic floor, core health, and overall strength.

What We Offer

1. Customized Fitness Plans

Tailored exercise programs based on your trimester, delivery method, and personal goals—whether that’s building endurance for labor, preventing pain, or returning to running or lifting postpartum.

2. Pelvic Floor & Core Integration

Every plan is designed with pelvic floor safety in mind. We help you learn how to activate, coordinate, and protect your core and pelvic floor with daily movement, exercise, and breathwork.

3. Birth Preparation Support

Includes labor prep workouts, pushing practice, labor position training, and mobility drills that support optimal fetal positioning and reduce common pregnancy discomforts.

4. Postpartum Recovery

We focus on rebuilding foundational strength safely, addressing diastasis recti, pelvic organ support, C-section or perineal scar mobility, and gradual return to exercise with confidence.

5. One-on-One Coaching

Work closely with a certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Coach (and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist) who understands the unique demands of this season of life—no generic workout plans here.

6. Virtual & In-Person Options

Choose what works for your schedule. We offer virtual fitness sessions and assessments for convenience, or in-person visits for a more hands-on approach (location-dependent).
